Some Healthy Tips for ur everyday Life :]
1.) Drink a lot of  water 2.) exercise daily 3.) eat 5 to 6 times a day. don’t be confused it’s like eating the regular 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in between to keep you from eating something bad. 4.) dont eat after dinner. 5.) keep healthy foods in your house and not unhealthy snacks. 6.)make sure your getting as much fiber as you should. 7.) drink tea after eating ur meal
